Home Care provides a wide range of medical and non-medical care. Whether you’re in search of companionship, assistance with day-to-day activities or constant medical assistance, we’re here and happy to do it all. A physician’s order typically isn’t required for home care. Care may be short or long term, depending on your needs.

Payment options include: Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, County Tax and Grant Programs, Private Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, VA Benefits, Trust Funds, Worker's Compensation, Private Payment.

We also recommend Pediatric Care. Please confirm the option.

Pediatric Care provides medical or non-medical care for children from birth – 21 years of age at home, in the community or at school. After 21, you can transition to alternative programs to maintain seamless care.

A physician order is required. Care may be short or long term, as determined by medical necessity.

Payment options include: Missouri Medicaid or Medicaid HMO (Missouri residents only, authorization required), KanCare (Kansas residents only, authorization required), Private Insurance, Self-Pay, Grant or Waiver Funding.

Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual care for individuals nearing the end of their life. Hospice is a concept of care that affirms life and focuses upon giving quality to every remaining day of terminally ill patients and their families’ lives.

A physician’s order is required. Anyone with a life expectancy of 6 months or less, assuming their life-limiting illness runs its normal course is eligible for hospice care.

Payment options include: Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, VA Benefits or Private Insurance.

Home Health is intermittently needed, skilled care focused on getting people back on track, often involving the help of a nurse, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, and/or social worker. This service can complement longer-term home care services, aid in transitioning from a facility to ensure safety, improve function and prevent re-hospitalization.

A physician’s order is required. Services provided must be a skilled need, such as nursing, therapy or social work. Anyone receiving home health must be homebound.

Payment options include: Medicare, Missouri Medicaid or Medicaid HMO (Missouri residents only, authorization required), KanCare (Kansas residents only, authorization required), Private Insurance, or VA Benefits.
