Questions You Should Ask

  • Where can I find ratings on satisfaction and quality care for your company?

Home Health agencies are rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Agencies can be rated from 1-5 stars. Medicare.gov shows Medicare Compare ratings of Home Health Agencies.

  • Do you see patients on the weekends?

Care should happen on your terms, not your agency's. Integrity Home Care + Hospice has a nurse on call 24hrs a day 7 days a week.  We can provide weekend admissions and visits as ordered by your physician.

  • How soon will someone be out to see me once I am home?

Our goal is to be in your home withing 48 hours of receiving the order.  Care can begin sooner or later depending on your needs.

  • What kind of training is provided for your clinicians?

Integrity provides extensive initial and ongoing training as well as competency checks for all clinical staff to ensure we are competent to provide any level of care needed. Training includes a combination of classroom, lab and hands-on experience. Our trainers don't just provide 'check the box' training, they act as mentors to our teams and work with clients and families to ensure the care received meets their expectations.
