JOPLIN, Mo. – Integrity Home Care and Hospice today affirms its promotion of Elizabeth “Beth” Wallander to the position of director of strategic partnerships.
As head of the Joplin area business development team, Wallander is entrusted with the ongoing development of high-value partnerships. Her efforts ensure seamless services across the continuum of care for individuals throughout the metro area.
“Vital partnerships with healthcare providers ensure direct access to the services required to meet the needs of the community,” she says. “Integrity offers a continuum of care that other providers do not.”
Integrity Home Care and Hospice is a faith-based, privately held leader in quality, post-acute health care. Committed to quality patient and family experiences wherever people call home, the healthcare provider offers a comprehensive range of compassionate, client-centered home care, hospice, and home health rehabilitation services.
“My team and I are here to help,” she says. “Our goal is that no-one gets left out in the cold feeling as though there’s no help available for them or their family member.” As director of strategic partnerships, Wallander works directly with health systems, providers and post-acute providers, in specialties such as skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation. As needed, she and her team will directly assist in the integration of Integrity’s leading home care and hospice services with the area’s existing health care providers.
“We’re committed to assisting people in their time of need, not only at end of life,” she says. Proud of the impact she and her team make through Integrity’s services, Wallander enjoys educating the community, and its patients and families. In many cases, the hope is that the loved one can remain in his or her home during times of serious, life altering illness or at end of life.
“We can begin when help is needed and assist throughout the disease progression,” she explains.
Integrity’s partners include forward-thinking regional providers who proactively address challenges in managing chronic and serious illness. Wallander’s role is critical to creating and maintaining those quality relationships.
“Together, we create real solutions to health care issues faced throughout the entire community,” she says.
