Explaining the Precautions We Take to Protect You From COVID-19 by Integrity Home Care

At Integrity, we’re committed to your health, your family’s health, and our employees’ health—now, more than ever. As such, we want to assure you that we’ve implemented specific protocols to help stop the spread of COVID-19 while still remaining fully operational and accessible to fulfill your health care needs during this pandemic. 

Our COVID-19 Measures

Beginning with the following measures, we are working hard to first protect our employees, so they may in turn, protect those we serve. By adopting universal masking policies, routine patient symptom screenings, daily employee symptom screenings, social distancing of 6 feet when possible, hand hygiene before and after patient care as needed, ongoing employee PPE training, and PPE usage when appropriate—including gloves, masks, face shields/goggles, and gowns—we are creating the safest possible work environment for our employees. 

Integrity Home Care has also designated a COVID task force that meets weekly to review current CDC guidance, communicates closely with local public health authorities to stay updated on any new developments, and distributes these updates internally within the company as needed. 

Contact Tracing

Additionally, we have developed contact tracing procedures to further aid in stopping the spread of COVID-19. If Integrity Home Care is notified that you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, you may be contacted by an Integrity contact tracer.

Here is what to know if you get a call: 

  • An Integrity contract tracer may call to let you know you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. All names of individuals with whom you may have been in contact and subsequently share with Integrity are confidential. 
  • We may ask employees to wear additional PPE when caring for you in your home. We will take the precautions based on Integrity’s policy to ensure our employee is protected from potential exposure. 
  • You may be asked to monitor your health and watch for symptoms of COVID-19. Notify Integrity if you develop symptoms of COVID-19. 

Our Pledge to You

We pledge that the above safety protocols will remain firmly in place and updated continuously as the COVID-19 situation evolves. We ask you to take part in our efforts to stop the spread of this disease by letting us know right away if you are sick or have been in close proximity to someone with COVID-19, wearing a face cover when in public places and when visitors or Integrity employees are in your home, washing your hands frequently, and practicing social distancing whenever possible.
