She/he may remind clients to take medication at pre-established times and may bring pre-setup doses of medication to clients. Live-in positions may be available.

An RN carries out Physician Orders and reports changes in the client's condition to the Doctor and Nursing Supervisor. She/he starts IV lines and fluids. An RN may also bathe, feed and dress the client.
