Springfield & Greater Branson Area

Companion

A Companion maintains a pleasant and safe environment, supervises client activities, provides emotional support and communicates changes in the client's status to their Supervisor. A Companion plans and prepares meals, shops and provides transportation. A Companion performs general housekeeping to include mopping/sweeping floors, vacuuming, dusting, doing dishes, laundry and making beds. She/he may remind clients to take medication at pre-established times and may bring pre-setup doses of medication to clients. Live-in positions may be available.

Nurse Aide/Personal Care Aide

A Nurse Aide provides assistance with bathing, nail care, shaving, dressing, hair care, mouth care, toileting, feeding and transferring. She/he may remind clients to take medication at pre-established times and may bring pre-setup doses of medication to clients. A Nurse Aide records intake and output, assists with exercise, maintains equipment used in the care plan and may monitor vital signs. She/he provides emotional support for the client and family, and reports changes in the client's condition to the Nursing Supervisor. Depending on division placed, a Nurse Aide may perform general housekeeping to include mopping/sweeping floors, vacuuming, dusting, doing dishes, laundry and making beds. A Nurse Aide may also plan and prepare meals, shop and provide transportation. Live-in positions may be available. (Some care giving experience required, training is available)

LPN/RN Private Duty Nursing

PDN Nurses (Private Duty Nurses or Pediatric Nurses)

Republic – Monday-Friday/ 9am-7pm

Republic- 7days/3weeks / 9am-7pm

Aurora- Monday-Friday /10pm-6am

Springfield- 9am-7pm/  5 days per week

Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in acute care or rehabilitation setting.

PRN - Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health and In-Home Nursing

An RN carries out Physician Orders and reports changes in the client's condition to the Doctor and Nursing Supervisor. An RN administers and monitors all medications and monitors/maintains all indwelling lines and life support devices. She/he provides health teaching and support, as well as assesses vital signs. She/he starts IV lines and fluids. An RN may also bathe, feed and dress the client.

PCAs/CNAs
