Pharmacy Nurse Liaison

The Pharmacy has an immediate opening for a full time Pharmacy Nurse Liaison. This individual will be responsible for developing a designated territory and will be responsible for providing efficient day-to-day coordination, delivery and marketing of pharmacy services.  This individual will also conduct client visits, pharmacy transfers, and will initiate and coordinate pharmacy education/marketing activities to internal and external resources.  This position requires the ability to triage and resolve challenges with skilled diplomacy. Applicants for this position must be a self-starter, possess basic computer skills, and have good organization skills. Excellent attitude and work ethic are a must! Pediatric Program Manager

Our Springfield office has a full time opportunity for a Pediatric Program Manager. This individual will manage the day-to-day care coordinated and delivered by licensed staff, who are assigned to or working within the homes of Pediatric and some Geriatric clients. They will represent the Department and Company in a courteous and professional manner at all times. Provide support to the Pediatric Department and represent the department in dealings with clients, staff, referral sources and the community. Hospice CNA

The hospice aide is a paraprofessional member of the interdisciplinary group who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort.  The hospice aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The hospice aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care.

Greater Kansas City Area

Home Care Consultant

We have an opportunity in our Business Development Department for a full-time Home Care Consultant. The primary responsibilities of these positions are community education and referral generation. Professional communication skills, outstanding work ethic and strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Individuals who have a strong background in sales are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be dynamic, self-motivated and be willing to make business to business phone calls on a daily basis. PDN Nursing Supervisor

We currently have an opening for a full time Nursing Supervisor for our Private Duty Nursing Department.  This position will be responsible for ensuring competency of nursing staff providing direct care to PDN clients. This position will also develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, family and case workers in order to best meet the needs of the clients.   • May take an on-call rotation.
  • Performs other related duties as directed by Supervisor.
